yes, it's a lot better than using the preamp i used before, just thought i'd get some feedback from some people with better ears than me

epi lp, with stock p/up's cab is a marshall 2x12 with 75's, mic is sm57

I'm just interested if this pedal would be good for line recording. You know, guitar - pedal - software modeller type of thing.

i don't think you would get good results like that, it was designed to be ran in front of a tube amp, at least thats what i got out of what tony told me.
