Anyone catch Steve Smyth's Krank settings before his forum closed and re-opened?

I wrote em down on a card I keep in my wallet, this should be pretty accurate:

sweep 1 oclock
gain 3 oclock
low "less"
mid "plenty"
high "fairly a lot"
