First song I do everything in Pro Tools haha. Is it possible when you solo a track, to solo the aux it is at the same time? Let's say I want to solo a vocal track, do I always have to solo the aux bus too?

As for the mix, I don't really like the guitar tone but I like the rest. My strings are so fucking old I need to change them.

Hey man, nice cover! About soloing tracks in Pro Tools; I am not sure about this being the best way, but I would be using a mix group and activate it so that when you do solo a track, any other track in the group will solo as well.

Press Apple(mac)/Control(Win) + Click in the solo button of the Aux Channel.

i solo safe tracks in PT (Ctrl+click on a solo) to allow me to do what you're saying, or ill group them (Ctrl+G on selected tracks)

Cuz she's original and has crazy talent...although her songs don't reflect it that much which is weird. Look up some of her "unplugged" type of stuff on youtube or her early days when she went under her real name.

also if you read her wiki (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lady_gaga) it says she used to date a metal drummer, and she has been influenced by def leppard and "heavy metal drums". to be honest her songs are well written, theres much to learn as a song writer from these.

Didn't she produced her songs herself? At least I know she composes them. And yeah I think her songs are really well produced, listen to Bad Romance and try to make a list of every sound/layer/instrument.
