At first when I read that I was disappointed. The mystery had been solved. But after reading that the murderer was the sole survivor all along, I thought it made a good end to the Bodom mystery.

This will definitely make a good song!

id say its a pretty lame ending to a 40 year mystery. Preferably, id like to go out in blaze of glory, i think this guy should have feigned sanity, and then gone to the highest building, lit my self on fire and hang-glide through town. and the hang-glide would say on top "it was me: lake bodom, 1960"
 
Keep in mind that it hasn't been solved yet! Many people are suspicious (people who saw something in 1960 and policemen who investigated the case back then), but the police indeed does seem to have some hard evidence.

Although its not as exciting as in the movies, i think its a great ending...it was the sole survivor all along, and no-one suspected it. what a slick bastard. it was like the ending to scream :lol: stab yourself in the head and nobody will suspect you. what a bastard...
 
I find it hard to believe that Nils did it. He had severe injuries, like a dozen stab wounds, fractured jaw and fractured skull... How the hell was he able to hide the murder weapon so no one could find it??

If anyone knew he was the only one there then they would immediately suspect him, but if you can blame it on some phantom in the night with glowing eyes, he seems insane and is preserved where he can plan his escape. people will do just aobu tanything they cn to survive. ou there in the states some man cut his arm off, with no anesthesia, because a 1500 pound boulder had pinned his arm down. It amazing what some people will do.

He cut his arm off with a pocket knife no less. A POCKET KNIFE!!! through skin and muscle and bone, with a fuckin swiss army knife. WHAT A SAVAGE!!!
