Last of the mohicans. Quad tracked. TSE.

This is my first attempt ever doing quad tracks.
I did a small quick piece from Last Of The Mohicans just for a test.
No bass.
TSE + Lecab (GHack + Catharsis) 100/80 - 80/100 pan.
Almost rough mix + master.

Like your opinion about guitar tone.

I would like more depth to the lead guitar, delay or something, it sounds a little weak .. Sounds like the impulses blends well and I like the tone you've acomplished on the rythm guitars, maybe a little middy compared to the lead guitar..

not easy to judge with no bass and barely kick but the fast double kick part sounds a little messy as playing at those bpm is difficult, but the other parts are OK, maybe they will need some less gain with the bass. And a HP-LP too.

This is one of my favourite soundtracks of all times !!!!!!!! great idea to metalize it

Thanks both!, it is true that lead guitar is dry and weak and having no bass is weird, but the tone is what matter.
I will research a bit more into this tone and quad tracking.

Haha loving the soundtrack! Basically I do not use 4 guitars for rythm. It would be interesting to hear how it´d sound after you muted two tracks.
