It's a band called Striking The Nations
I posted a mix of one of their other songs awhile back

I used SSD 3.0 on this and my Pod X3 Live
Midway through the song we experimented with a string section, cello, soft piano, grand piano, tambourine and all that jazz

Good mix. The only part I didn't like was when the guitars played some palm-muted chords with the drums before the strings kicked in, they sound very digital at that time.

Otherwise good mix.
