I haven't named a drug. I'm talking about generally. The phrase used was 'junkies'.
junk·ie also junk·y ( P ) Pronunciation Key (jngk)
n. Slang pl. junk·ies
A narcotics addict, especially one using heroin.
One who has an insatiable interest or devotion: a sports junkie.
Most people have an addiction to something. Some people have a very addictive personality, that's where it gets tricky. Greg, you probably fall into that catagory which is why you had to quit and I'm glad you did, cos it's right for you. BUT that doesn't mean you now have free reign to moralise about everyone else's choices.
...and yes, I KNOW it's in the constitution that you can say "whatever the fuck you like" etc, etc...but that doesn't mean you should word your comments to purposely offend just to prove you can ("the sympathy this guys rotting corpse gets astounds me..." or "He apparantley couldn't value the life he had so he threw it away". It doesn't mean anyone should praise or miss him"). People will value your comments more if you don't give the impression that you're trying to hurt them or wind them up. There's just no point unless they're really ignorant, offensive pricks who will never see sense and then it's FUN to wind them up...I'm thinking of Milano here.
Incidentally, I'm utterly fucked whilst typing this.
