Line 6 Ubermetal Stomp box

Anyone try this thing out yet? I'm not too into distorion pedals(I prefer natural tube distortion), but I tried this thing out at work and it fuckin blew my mind. Three different degrees of distortion, an EQ, a Scoop button, and three different noise gates all for like a hundred bucks?

Have any of you guys tried this thing out? If you have, let me know what you think, and if you haven't, head somewhere that carries Line 6 and try this fucker out.

Like I said, I don't really like distortion pedals, but this might be the only one I consider buying. EVER.

That sounds interesting. I doubt it will replace my 5150 though
Ive tried using my zoom tri-metal pedal through my 5150 and it sounds completely different than when I use it with different amps.

I tend to stay away from stuff with a "scoop" button.
That's like having a "Suck all of the body and goodness out of my tone" button.
But then that's just me.

you don't need to use it, I'm a big fan of mids myself, but its a nice option to have

I tried this stomp bow out today, because of this thread, and I saw it at the play I buy my music needs/take lessons.

Seriously, if you need a pedal for some heavy, grinding, thrashing distortion, try this thing out NOW! I plan on ditching my Metalzone ASAP and picking up one of these bad boys.
