Live Ichorous

Always improv for me live. Recorded, I tend to edit a lot more and spend a lot of time mastering for good sound.

I always have sections or specific ideas for sets planned though, so I wouldn't call it COMPLETE improvisation...but compared to most music, yes.

well well well

look who decided to join us

The horrible bastard who abandoned this place.

But, looks like I'm back...least for a time. Heard you did and Matt took over. Thanks. You guys can stick around if you want...don't matter to me. Like I said, I'm the one who was gone.

Partly because I became disinterested (and, yes, disillusioned by the immense suckitude of this place, though it looks a little alright-er), partly because I have been busy working, spending time with my girlfriend, playing shows/recording, and preparing for college, and partly to be a dick.

Just kidding about that last one.

Maybe.

The fact that you enjoy real life more than us makes me a little jealous. It's like you are cheating on us. :p

Anyway, welcome back. Please talk about brutal death at some point, I've been lonely on that account.

I didn't know there was such a thing as a good sound for harsh noise.

I'll never get the interest in this type of "music" and I'm actually amazed that people actually perform live.

It's because you aren't part of the scene, don't spend a lot of time around it etc. In that respect you are just like someone wondering why death metal even exists and how people can enjoy it. So watch what you say. :p

CC, that night was around 20 people. Next night was like 35. So, not many. But it's due to not being a major style of music, we don't have a great scene 'round here (but the people playing both shows were from NY, VT, NH, MA, ME, RI, CT, etc.), the parking is meager, etc. Lots of factors contribute to small attendances. You can't dance to it either.

I, however, take noise extremely seriously. It's a big part of my life, and I hope it will be for as long as I am alive.

Oh don't worry I know that many people call death metal noise and wonder why it exists. But in this case it really is just noise. :p

I tried to listen to it but I can't find anything to I like in there. But if people go see you and you enjoy what you do...well that is great.
