Operation LiveCrime and the best o' Brucie?

Anybody know if either of these is set for an Australian release?

I've ordered 'em from my local Leading Edge, who are absolutely hopeless, but I keep using them because they're just down the street.

So far, there's been much hemming and hawing over whether they can get them in at all, even as imports. Just as well I decided to put both on my Christmas list rather than grabbing them as soon as they hit the shelves.

Best Of Bruce has been out at all my local music shops for weeks.

Both are distributed here by Stomp - saw Bruce's in JB HiFi, didn't look for the Queensryche one cos I already had it sent to me.

I think my Best Of was an import. All the local stores I went to say we're about 3 months behind the rest of the world as far as local releases go. I think they're full of shit, but that's what 5 or 6 stores said.

The Best Of is domestic, and is the 2-cd version.

Right, listen. I've spoken to the bloke down t' bloody off-licence and I've spoken to the mini cab driver...

In other words, I've just phoned the guy at Leading Edge and passed on all the info about Stomp, and he claims he can get them cheaper from the US directly, as Stomp are more or less an importer who specialise in jacking up prices. I suspect there's little or no truth to this, but whaddya gonna do?

Unless he's getting them from the US for $18 wholesale (US$9), he's talking out his bum - cos $18-ish is the store buyer's price for it (according to Stomp's mailing).
