Looking for an alternative to a Palmer PDI-03

Hey guys

Does anybody know an alternative to the PDI-03 ?

The output is 8ohm and my cabinet is 16ohms.

I need a charge though cause I will be using it also in the studio without a cabinet. The whole thing in a box would be cool, I don't want to mess around with dummy load and stuff.

Something cheaper would be great!

Aside from a PDI-09 and a dummy load, you're not gonna get anything much cheaper. (Aside from impulses)

yeah berhringer does also a DI with speaker simulation but again no load.

You trust Behringer with anything involving your recording chain?

I'm just saying, I wouldn't trust Behringer to do my cabinet emulation.

Unfortunately, besides the PDI-03, you're gonna have to get a separate load box, unless you want to splurge for that Torpedo deal which is like $1500.
