Personally, I vote skip the software and move on to hardware, especially after reading your complaint about how SVX sounds like it's "missing deepness. It seems always to be more boomy than offering a round and real sounding bass."

Just upgrade to a nice pre for bass and be done with it.

I have no idea how I came across the ones I have, but I have some SVT classic cab impulses somewhere on my mac.

Oh and the search engine does indeed suck, but the custom google search is an awesome substitute.
