More specifically for bands that play metal and would be interested in playing shows together with my band Dreamslain (demo will be available in late October)
around Europe in 2009.
The reason I'm starting the search early is that I will try to get EU funding for the tour calling it a youth culture exchange project.
About the band:
Founded this August in Northern Norway by more or less experienced musicians we play melodic death metal, but mixing in elements of progressive rock and 70s heavy rock (That's Black Sabbath, Uriah Heep, Nazareth and Thin Lizzy for those who wondered)
Also, we are a left wing independent political band that express our political views in the music and lyrics, so a partnershipp with right wing extremists is less than desirable
We are searching for partners for this project, with us making the project outline and getting grant money from EU, and you finding a venue and local sponsors.
