Looking for some recommendations

Hey. As the title suggests, I'm looking for more bands because I know the ones I listen to now very well already (some more than others) so yeah, looking for some "fresh meat".

My favourite bands:
-Children of Bodom (I'm a bit of a Bodom/Alexi fanboy)
-Sinergy
-Trivium
-Wintersun (can't wait for Time )
-Lamb of God
-In Flames
-Amon Amarth
-Kalmah
-Eternal tears of sorrow
-Pantera
-Metallica & Iron Maiden (doh)
-Norther (+Ensiferum)
-Equilibrium
-Cradle of filth (my only "black" metal band actually)
+ Occasional glam, power metal, progressive stuff...

So as y'all see I listen to several genres but I still consider melodic death to be my favourite genre and I'd love some new melodic death bands

Extra notes: I gave Dark Tranquility a listen several times, I even bought a CD but I just don't feel them, they're not my cup of tea.

So yeah, I'd love some suggestions. Thanks to everybody in advance.

Geez, I listened to most of the suggestions here and they all sound the same. No wonder most of the music being purchased these days are backlogs of the earlier metal bands.

Just get some Iron Maiden, Dio, UFO, Sabbath, Priest, AC/DC and if you want to listen some great guitar work, get some Ted Nugent. All that cookie monster shit sounds the same and it ain`t all that great imo. Just my opinion so don`t anyone have a hissy fit over it. Cheers! Hope you find what you`re lookin for.
