but yoga isn't that hard actually. you just have to start slowly.

i really did feel better after doing it though

yea. some tapes are good and some tapes are bad. sometimes they say 'beginner' and they could give someone a fucking hernia. 'yoga zone' tapes are not so great. living arts ones are much healthier.
