Looks like I picked the wrong year to go to Virginia Tech.

yeah, good luck with that. I'd be mad as fuck if someone I knew would die cause of an emo kid who freaked out after being dumped.

Don't worry Susperia, Krigloch will probably never breed.

Mind you, I probably won't ever breed either, but that's an entirely different story.

Krig was cooler before he got his gun. Now it's gun this, gun that. It's enough to force any girl into a jealous rage!

Anyway about a month ago I was walking down the dormitory hallway, a couple of guys were walking in my direction and one was holding low a gun and they said something like "it's a -insert gun type here since I don't remember-" and then they saw me and were like "quick put it away". Then they walked by me. I was practically in a state of shock, I think I winced as they walked past me (like they were going to shoot me or something ) and I tried to get a mental picture of the two, but they were so generic looking. "Brown hair, fat, and lighter brown hair, small, jersey shirt on."
I thought of going to security with that pathetic description, but I was on my way out to go home for the weekend... I opted to just go home. I didn't tell anyone but my roommate. Now I regret that. Even though obviously nothing happened, kids should not ever get away with having a gun in these places. Just a couple months before some idiot accidently fired a gun in a dorm room and it went through the ceiling and almost hit the girl living above them.
Krig, I wouldn't be surprised if one of these days you accidently shoot one of your balls right the hell off.

Guns in a dorm? To fend off what, the devirginization of freshmen? I'm mostly talking about the dudes.

I assumed The V-Tech Douche was an oddball, perhaps not.

WTF to all that.

just heard on the news the shooter was a "young asian man in his early 20's" ... a student there.

I'm not shocked by the violence, frankly. In fact, I'm amazed on a daily basis that stuff like this doesnt happen constantly. The ease with which one person could potentially take out HUNDREDS of people in an hour or so with a couple decent pistols blows my mind.
That said, what does bother me is the swarms of law enforcement officials running around in circles, hiding behind their cars, talking on radios. All it took was one guy to bust in through a window and blow the fucker away. Yet, no one did, and 32 kids are dead.

The Brits resort to harsh language.

i was in italy with my parents, and we were on a boat where you basically just pick your seat each time you come aboard. so my dad took this seat that a british guy was using like two hours ago, and he freaked out on my dad and called him "bloody cheeky" to which my dad burst out in genuine laughter and told him to sit down. everyone hated that guy.

I always think about shit like this in public places. Anyone could have a gun, and they could start raging chaos at any point. It's just too easy, but then again, how can you control it? Fuck America- no one should have to worry about this shit (sans black people).

Well, it's a little late now, but you could tighten firearm ownership restrictions. And also, what is a REALLY REALLY GOOD IDEA is to restrict pistols to a seperate category requiring extensive training and screening (such as what Canada does), so that only a handful of characters who REALLY REALLY want to have one for collection or recreational purposes can get one.

Of course, guys like Krigloch and those college twats would flip because they'd never be able to pass that sort of screening.

I mean, if you really want to play with pistols, just get a .177 calibre air pistol or something like that. Sure, it's not REAL 9MM GLOCK but I'm sure you'd have just as much fun, and it's cheaper, costs a hell of a lot less, AND you're not nearly as likely to cause a fatality in the event of an accident.

I'm not against people owning firearms, but goddamn people need to do it a hell of a lot more responsibly, and that includes making sure that there's proper legislation in place to make sure that idiots aren't running amok with semi-automatic pistols and assault rifles.
