Lost my files, and can't download again. :/ Help?

Hey guys,

I bought the "Screaming Simple Cymbals" pack from JS.com in early August. I recently had to replace my computer because the hard drive crashed on the previous one, and I lost the files.
Today I tried re-downloading my package, but the download expired on the 11th of this month (September).

Is there any way I can get another download? I tried finding an FAQ or contact page on his site, but couldn't. My email is: anvsterling@yahoo.com
