Help (regarding digital music files)

First of all, can someone direct me to links where I can download media players that play mpc and ogg files? Second of all, I am thinking about setting up a folder to share hard to find metal albums via FTP, just like someone set up a FTP system to share thrash about half a year ago. Do I need any special software, and is this software free? I was thinking, people could put in requests, and then someone who has the CD can upload it to the folder. My computer is on almost all the time, so it would work well.

Hmm. I have winamp, and it doesn't play ogg. Perhaps, I have an outdated version and I need to upgrade.

Only the IP addy; the Caeser FTP software will take care of the rest.

Bulletproof ftp works pretty well too. i used it for awhile when i had a fast connection.

Ok, I got Cerebrus as FTP software, because it is free, and I set up a folder to share. Now, what do I have to do so that other people can upload to it and download from it?
