Basically my pc (win7) has extremely inconsistent download speeds from some hosts, the speed fluctuates between 90kB/s and 700kB/s (roughly) every couple of seconds.
On my mac I get 700kB/s consistently.
It's not all hosts though, for example I get 700kB/s on steam and most other sources.
It's definitely an issue with my pc, as I've tried downloading the same files on both systems simultaneously and get full speed on my mac, but rapidly fluctuating speed on my pc. Anyone have any quick troubleshoots?
All drivers are up to date.
