LOTR 2 :))

Yeah! I saw it, i loved it!
Gollem is really nicely done! I mean he's at one side cute and at another one scary to see, like it had to be. Altough the fight with the hobbits in the beginning was weird to see...
Great to see as well that they are telling many things again with saying anything, by example that holy place where Frodo and Sam are captured by Faramir.
The Elephants were great as well! Am I right they say Olifant? Because that's dutch word...
Ah I better shut up, otherwise I fill 3 pages
Next time in Greece? we'll see...

my favourite female character of the whole trilogy :

yes they are called Oliphants, or Mumaks methinks. Very big beasts they are, aren't they?

Maybe i should read th book in english then next time... perhaps I'm missing more things like that... eh, it's not that important, but the original should be better I guess. I'm thinking to start reading it again so

Take out 5 chapters, put some made up rubbish in and you have Peter Jackson's The Two Towers.

Geez this movie is nothing but phenomenal as a cinemagraphic experience, but Tolkien would turn in his grave if he would be able to see this...
It has sadly lost the indept character of the original works in favour of a hollywood production for a broad audience that is not likely to be familiar with the works anyway. I could sum up several scenes that differ drastically from the book, or have been omitted at all in favour of some cheesy romantic drama and some overfocused action scenes.
Don't get me wrong, it's a fabulous production and all that with some stunning technologies; but it's nothing like reading the original works.

just my $0.02

Agreed D3vlin,i was so pissed off when i watched the fellowship.then i decided it's a hollywood movie.and watched it again.the sad truth is that idealisms do ot "feed stomachs".i kow you know what i mean.
i'd really love Arwen to fuck off the screen, instead of the shlushy bullshit we saw in the movie and i'd like to see more of Gimli and Legolas friendship or Merry and Pippin and of course,Sam's devotion.but all those lousy faggots that will go to watch the film just because it's trendy to watch the lord of the rings, don't give a fuck about the real book.so fuck it:(
generally though, the last battle was stunning, after the movie i was shocked for hours.i'd waited so long,i booked for the premiere haha!
oh well:p

one year ago me bro was in the subway here in paris, and he heard some guy saying 'did you see, they already released a book from the movie!'
