Does anyone know once you make the 500 amount for loyal points if you have to use the entire discount at one time? Thanks in advance.

Is there a way I can speak with you? Either phone or email? I want to preorder the new Kamelot and use the other portion of my loyalty points, but the site is saying I don't have enough now that I didn't use them all at once with a pre order a few weeks ago? This is what I was asking about originally with this post. The info on your site just says Points can be spent against orders once a user reaches 500 points which I did.
