What does it mean, what is its origin? Also, how is it pronounced?

Mabool is pronouced as written [Mah-Bool]

I really don't know why it's taken me so long to hear this, probably because there's so much music out there to be heard. Anyway, "Mabool" is one of the strongest and best albums I've ever heard in this genre. Fuckin' Bravo!!! The other album that blows me away in prog/metal is Disillusion-"Back to Times of Splendor." I would think that all other bands in prog/metal would aspire to create something like these two albums.

I've been an Orphaned Land fan for a while, although I'm not really active in this forum, but I just wanted to add my voice to the chorus of praise for this album. It was the starting point for me, and every time I listen to it, it still kicks my ass. I think I'm going to listen to it right now, actually....

I agree with you a 100%. Mabool for me does helps me to realize the true value of meanings behind it. It's hard to explain, but from my own personal experience this album does relate to my own belief systems. This is the reason why I can't stop listening to this album and is very important for me in general
