MACHINE HEAD To Release 'Through The Ashes Of Empires' In October

I loved their debut, then got The Burning Red and was completely burnt, what a piece of shit. Once I get raked over the coals, I never recover (Helloween, Metallica, Biohazard...) I just move on. I might be judgmental, but WTF, I'm not made of money...

I think a lot of people will be surprised. And I sincerely mean that (and I'm not one to eat crow). A LOT has happened in the past year with MH. Not just with the addition of Phil. Rob took a lot of flack over Supercharger. A lot of things were said and done (eh, Dirt?), but I think that the band has direction. I think the band has a lot of positive support right now. There's a lot of fans to win back, but I think that Rob knows this is his make it or break it record.

So how's about a MH/Testament tour??

yes it was indeed a lot of flack. I browsed MH board and here are some of the related threads I found:

It would be great if MH didn't play anything off of their nu records TBR and SC and play some Vio-Lence songs instead. :Spin: Then it would kick ass.

With two Vio-lence guys in Machine Head now, I might think this next CD will have some metal merit. I'll look to your opinions when it's released, 'cause I won't be the first to get it...
