We are very pleased to announce the immediate opening of an Onyx 400F Private Beta Test Group, and we have hand-selected you as a potential test candidate for this software update!
Our internal testing team has validated core functionality of the Onyx 400F using the new driver with Windows 7 32- and 64-bit versions, and as a current 400F owner running Windows 7 we would love to have your assistance in further validating the functionality of this software prior to its public release. Our customers long term support is very important to us, and core customer-validation is critical to our success. Having said that, the amount of time you put into testing is entirely up to you. Yet, of course, the more time you put in, the better and more accurate the results will be for the Mackie Recording community.
As this will be a Private Beta, we would first require that you sign and return the attached nondisclosure agreement in order to receive the Beta software package. The spirit of this agreement is simply to keep discussion items concerning the Beta build between us. It will not, however, prevent you from speaking about past or future public releases of Onyx 400F software, should you be inclined to do so.
As we are obviously very excited to get this release into the field as soon as possible, we appreciate your prompt response upon reviewing, signing and returning the attached NDA agreement to Onyx400FPrivateBeta@Mackie.com (or in reply to the above e-mail address, or faxed to +1(425)487-4334). Thereafter, we will sign and return the document for your records, and send you the (Beta) driver update as soon as possible.
