Since this board seems to be a stomping ground for loads of Scotsmen, is anyone else going to see Maiden at the SECC this year? My mate just texted me saying he'd got a ticket for me - I never even knew they were playing here FFS!

Yeah im going, cant wait maiden are one of my fav bands, also going to see anthrax nxt month at carling acdemy and cant fuckin wait

Im still thinking about it, I loved Maiden in my younger years but i hardly ever give the discs again nowadays.
Dont know if i will go, saw them on the Dance Of Death Tour and to be honest I was not really that impressed it was all abit long winded. I first saw Maiden when i was 11 on the World Slavery Tour in the Playhouse, Edinburgh and then on the Somewhere On Tour, Seventh Tour (at Donington and Edinburgh), No Prayer On The Road and then on the Fear Of The Dark after that I got board with them I didnt go to see them again until 2000 at Earls Court for Bruces first uk show, but the Death tour I just couldnt get into....so I dont know if Iam gonna go its all getting a bit Rolling Stones for me.
im going but i hear tickets are like £35!!!! they should just do things the anthrax way,15 for the carling academy show!!!!!
