Hi all,

Quite a simple question but one I never got around to learning. I did a search for it but it's hard to type in a description that other folk might use for this technique.

I'm recording some tracks for a project and my co-writer wants the synth intro track (track 1) to flow seamlessly into the first main track (track 2) which also starts with a synth with the same patch as the intro ends on.

Would I have to import all the intro tracks to the main track project, join the synth with a crossfade and then set where the tracks start and end in the burning software or is there another method to use?

Thanks, I'm using Cubase 5 for recording and Nero for burning.

Do all tracks in one Cubase session, or bounce down all tracks in their original project files and adjust the position so they flow, bounce entire project then cut the songs manually.

That's what I do, haven't found (or looked for) a better/different method.
