Making a deadroom

What kind of material would you use to make a dead room, free from acoustik reflection? Since I'm working in a basement with concrete walls (4,5meter x 2meter x 2,10 meter) the reflection don't sound nice if you know what I mean. I'm planning of using the room as a control/vocal recording room.

The most popular cheap methods I know of are either buying Acoustic Foam (Auralex, etc...), or making absorbtion panels with dense fiberglass insulation.

dead rooms suck ass. Control the reflections, don't get rid of them.

consider studing on this... a dead room is not the solution. anyways, the most you can do is treat the mids and up. killing the bottom is out of your reach.

you basically want to tame early reflections (absorption), and control bottom end nodes (bass traps).

Is it really possible to get a good acoustic enviroment in that kind of small room with concrete walls?
