No, I'm pretty sure it's well sold out, so you'll just have to scour the internet and used bins. I actually just saw it yesterday, but passed on it because it was like $25 or something like that. Maybe I'll get it some other time down the road when I'm more willing to drop that cash on Malevolent Creation.

Amazon is good as a last resort for me. They charge up the ass and take forever in getting stuff to you.

It depends on what you're ordering. The sellers on Amazon have come in handy many times for me in the past though, I've found stuff there that I haven't seen anywhere else, and other things have been cheaper.
