Not only that but if your entire discography consists of 3 words, ie:

Secrets of Steel
Heart of Steel
Triumph of Steel
Steel Warriors
Hell of Steel
Hell on Wheels
Hell on Earth
Hell on Stage
Kingdom of Steel
Kings of Metal
King of Kings
Lord of Steel

you tend to get lost in the quagmire of kings, steel and hell.

forgive me for loosing interest after 1988. That said ... nothing wrong with their old stuff. Just that things tend to get stale.

They've had it. Still good live, but bollocks to their new stuff.

Gotta agree that it's been diminishing returns since Kings of Metal. This is only their 3rd album of new material since 1996. Warriors of the World was good enough, albeit not particularly memorable. I didn't much care for Gods of War, but at least they were trying something a little different. I have no expectations for a new classic album, but will surely be checking it out.

im a massive manowar fan have been there since the start so i dont say this with any kind of gladness i think the new album really sucks i love everything they have ever done by the fourth track i had to hit stop there is no desire or emotion in the music or the singing.
