I totally get what you are saying, but the truth is that MANOWAR are in a position where they don't need to worry about the fans who WOULDN'T pay more than $25 to see them, since their US appearances are exclusive enough where a $75 show will sell out no problem. They created that situation themself by NOT oversaturating the US market these past 10 years as underground metal grew in popularity again here......

No one can deny their business skillz.........

"Band only played 72 minutes, at a place that is difficult to get to. Show ran too late too, as I missed the beginning of the CHiiPs marathon that I had planned to watch. Merch was overpriced and they didn't play anything off of that Japanese EP that came out in 1977. Left angry before the encore."

I have a friend who went who said afterward that they were pretty much the best band he's ever seen live. Good to know it was fun!
