I must be out of touch. I listened to Nuclear Assault in the early 90s, and they were heavy, but anything but "Death" metal. Did they change their sound or something? Those guys used to rock 15 years ago...

It's not just a death metal festival. They book all types of styles: death, thrash, doom, grindcore, goregrind, powerviolence, experimental, instrumnetal, d-beat, etc.

I wouldn't mind checking out Behold...The Arctopus and maybe some Anaal Nathrakh. Only two bands that caught my attention.

Torsofuck are brutal death metal. From Finland.

Power violence is a sub-genre of hardcore. Sort've cross between hardcore and grindcore, I guess. Bands like Man Is The Bastard, Spazz, Fuck On The Beach, Crossed Out, Infest, etc.

If you only want to go for NA, you can show up after 8:30 and it's only 30 bucks. After 10pm is 25.
