Mastering qusetion....

On my VS2480 There is a parameter in the mastering section......I believe is a cutoff for the low end of the entire mix.....I was wondering if there is a frequency you cutoff or shelf.....thanks.

Also....any good books to read on mastering in general?
I'm kind of a perfectionist and want to get my mixes as good as possible with out sending them out to be mastered. Also debating getting T-racks or some other standalone mastering program rather than mastering from the Roland.

Try not to make any more adjustments, eq or otherwise. The mastering engineer will want the mix 'bare'.
