I found this picture and I just wonder if he has a twin brother or this is a fake?

That's his brother. I remember Andy mentioning him in an interview.

According to this video, eurocom was founded by Mat Sneap and Ian Sneap ( Andy Ian Sneap I suppose? ), among other people. Looks like success is in the Sneap blood.
