funnily enough I know this from studying music, croma is quaver in italian....the note value which is equal to 1/8th.
Why they would name a song after a musical note length i dont know, unless that is the length of the song....but depending on the tempo that could be a fraction of a second.
well, concerning the croma thing, i think it might be referring to a colour/colours, you know - chromatic (cromatico)... that's what i thought of when i saw the title. just my idea though
