May be my best ever rectifier tone

I have found my guitar reamps are much much better since I got the Apogee Ensemble Thunderbolt.
For this I used Ensemble reamp out>MXR badass OD>Triple Rectifier>Rectifier cab>57 and 421>API mic Pre>Ensemble line in.

Hell yeah man. That is a great Recto tone. Mix is perfect for this band too. They sound like what people wish Slipknot still sounded like.

Is this a three channel model or an older two channel? Basic head settings?

It's an early 3 channel.
Can't remember exact settings but I haven't used it since that session so I will have a look when I'm in the studio.
The mxr is a big part of the sound. The 100hz dial lets you really clean up the woofy low end and run the bass control higher on the amp.
The band are obviously huge fans of slip knot so they would appreciate your comment.
