So now that Dave Mustaine has surfaced again. What do you guys think he'll do? Do you really think he'll get a solo band together or will he reunite the old band? I know in a recent press release he stated that it will be while before he does anything with Megadeth. I can't picture the guy as a solo artist. What do you think?

Whatever happend to Dave anyway? I remember reading like a year ago that he sold all his gear and would not be able to play again (medical reasons or something). But, I never heard what really happened..???

Nerve Damage to his left arm and hand, now he's recovered and is playing again, and he will release a solo album in 2004. Hopefully he'll reform Megadeth in not too long..

How the hell did he get that nerve damage though? That's never been stated officially. I know that there was/is a lot of speculation. Back to drug use? Suicide attempt? My guess is he was cooking & got himself a set of Ginzu knives & under estimated how sharp those things were & slashed himself by accident?!

All i know is that he suffered an injury damaging the nerves, it was diagnosed Radial Neuropathy or a "compressed radial nerve".

Nothing against Dave and/or Megadeth, but isn't Megadeth really Dave and Dave ? Mustaine and Ellefson seem to be the only constants of Megadeth anyway.... Who knows ? I haven't cared for their stuff in a while, but maybe dave still has something in him since his brush with mortality.
