Melodyne

i've tinkered with the demo extensively. it's pitch correction is amazing and as long as you go. so realistic and natural, it's by far the best thing out there to correct vocals. never used it on an instrument tho

I tried the demo as well and was really impressed but a friend of mine whos in house at a large studio told me it imports at high res MP3 standard and 'sucks the air from vocals'
Not the case I take it?

I also have only good things to say about melodyne. It's great for pitch correcting. You can also use it for time correction... you can do almost everything to vocals with it. It's also pretty simple.

There's a song i recorded recently that i used melodyne for the vocals...it's called transparent walls ...you can find it here: www.audiostreet.net/escalation
