How loud can this thing get? There's no bridged mono mode, so 20 watts seems pretty wimpy, but the fact that it's tube makes me think there might be some hope. I don't care too much about extreme tightness for what I play, but I'm certainly no low-gain chord strummer either, so I wouldn't want it to get too saggy. Any of you guys have any experience with this unit?

Volume might not be a problem, but generally speaking EL-84 power tubes get pretty saggy, and they have a spongy feel. I love them for some applications because of this. They're great for blues, and rock, maybe some metal, but if you want tight, I'd look elsewhere. You won't have the bottom end of a 6L6 or EL-34 power section, either. JMHO.
