How much should I pay for one?
And show off those awesome clips...
Would an ENGL e530 sound good through it as well?

Badass Pete, really tight playing and cool tone! I wouldn't say it's anywhere near as idiot-proof as a 5150 though, it's taken me a bit to really nail down some good settings, but I'm really happy with what I got for the re-amp clip I posted above!
but the Dual Rec has been really easy for me to record. Just so aggressive and in your face but still chunky.
And now that I have my Recto cab, I'll be borrowing my friend's 3-channel in the next few days for a comparison! The 2CH Mesa just Win @ Tone Matt.
I didn't think I found an amp that recorded as easy as the 5150 till I got the Dual Rec. You practically cannot go wrong with 2CH recording a sm57 micing a v30 cab.
Here is a Dual Rec Clip! Just a rough recording. Just a high and low pass.

I'd post the TGE clip but the Lead is terrible.![]()
Thanks man! To me no amp defines chunky like a Rec!And now that I have my Recto cab, I'll be borrowing my friend's 3-channel in the next few days for a comparison!
And sucks about your cans, but why do you need them to record?
Nice Pete!
Feel free to drive to Point Cook if you'd like some free recording![]()
