mesa formula pre?

any of you guys have any experience with these? if so, what's your opinion?

i found one locally, along with a 20/20 power amp for pretty cheap...i'm not much interested in the power amp, but the formula pre definitely perked my interest!

not a big help here because I know fuck all about that amp..

but I'm GASsing for one myself...looks damn sexy and I think it might be the shit for more alternative tones and bluesy stuff etc
