There is a Rigor Mortis demo of the songs on the Freaks EP but with Bruce Corbitt on vocals that has never been released, but Bruce Corbitt posted on Facebook that he wants to make sure that it gets released soon. They reissued their original demo on CD not that long ago, so I look forward to this.

Per Siki Spacek, Black Death Resurrected will enter the studio to record a new album entitled Breaking the Chains of Hell in 2018. The title track will be a properly recorded version of the song by the same name that appeared on their 1983 demo. The other material on the album will consist of both old and new songwriting.

Confirmed track titles:

Breaking the Chains of Hell
Sin After Sin
Schwarzer Meuchelmorder (The Black Assassin)
The Low Axe
The Promise
Stand Up and Deliver

The album will be released in conspiracy with Dennis Dread and Wyrd War. The band plans to promote this release with shows in territories that they haven't performed in before. More details on that later.

They were a surprise band at one of the Chicago fests and holy shit were they probably the best band of the fest too. Can't wait to see them again.
