Godspeed you black emperor is not everyone's cup of tea. They get critisized for being too boring and dragging out their 20 minute songs, but if you're in the right state of mind they are great.

I guess you've never heard of Obiturary or Pan-Thy-Monium. Early Obiturary had no lyrics, it was just John Tardy spouting his crazy vocals. Same for PTM's Kahoos and Konfusion EP.

They're good, but they're not metal
