Actually the entire 'the puppet master' album has some christmas type stuff.

Once again, not death metal, but the Trans-Siberian Orchestra are almost completely Christmas based. I don't really see how "Christmas death metal" would work out.

There is a Christian metal compilation called "A Brutal Christmas". I found it while searching one day, but havn't listened to it before.

Exhumed has a cover of "No Presents for Christmas" on its "Platters of Splatter" 2-disc retrospective. That would be a death metal Christmas song if there ever was one...
