These are the first that come to my mind, although there must be some more.
Also for a while my favourite Nevermore release was "In Memory" but i went back to DNB soon.

As for demos, the Heathen's Rage demo (well...it had more songs than the ep...so it wins by default) and the Sarissa demo that Orfanos mentioned are some of the best examples. Also i sometimes prefer the "A Vertigo Edda Arised" demo by Airged Lamh, from the "The Silver Arm", mainly because of the unbelievable singer of the demo, plus the album didn't have a "The Wedding".

I didn't know that,gotta check out that demo soon then...

I think behemoths EP "And the forests dream eternally" is so awesome.But haven't heard that much from all of their other black metal releases though.
And BTW I think Nile's self-titled demo is great & seriously overlooked(can't find any damn lyrics even!).

Check out Sventevith: Storming Near the Baltic and Grom. Behemoth's black metal material is truly amazing and powerful stuff.
