Metal in Germany

Hi guys, I'm italian and I've just register myself.

I have a question to ask to you. This summer me and my band (MadHatteR) will go in Germany to promove our EP, but we don't know what country of Germany is the most Hevy Fucking Metal ruled. Anyone of you can help me??

I find Germany to be the weakest metal country right now. Your best bet would be to go to one or two of the festivals and try to promote yourself there.

Germany is most known for its thrash. Sodom, Kreator, Destruction etc.

Mystic Circle, Kreator, Agathodaimon, Obtained Enslavement come to mind
as good German bands to listen to.

industrial metal is big there too, with bands like Rammstein, Megaherz and Eisbrecher.

Might I add that all these bands' lyrics are in German.

hardly. I can think ot tons of top bands in every metal genre that hail from Germany and are still putting out albums.
