I finally got the new Slayer album( I know it is not new), and the new Black Label Society. All I can say is I am glad there are bands out there that know how to rip it up. Is there anything Zakk Wylde can't do? Anybody catch his rewind on the sludge? In the way he answers, he reminds me of Ted Nugent in a way. Slayer just keeps putting out heavy albums. Now tomorrow the new down album comes out. Life couldn't be better!! Oh wait! In a few months, there is another heavy album coming out by that one band, what is their name again?

Plus Maiden released Rock in Rio yesterday (in the UK anyway). Also Blind Guardian and Manowar have releases this year, in addition to Anthrax, so metal is truely alive and well.

(Rock in Rio is fucking amazing, I got it today )
