So when will you start charging more?

im not

the rates in a nutshell:

studio b: (walk-ins, anything goes)
recording: $20 an hour
mix and master per song: $15

studio a: (audition / prior meeting and agreement required)
to have me produce your album, including tracking and mixing and mastering:
$1500.00 (30 consecutive days at studio A)

great sound, i'm surprised that you used so much direct in.

also i've got a system set up where i'll be charging similar fees when i get my studio set up. getting the equipment will be gotten through vigorous saving over the years of other jobs. noone says you have to charge the band for the equipment, just your time and the Hard Drive space it took to record.

So is the bass expansion worth it? i was thinking of investing in a bass pod but the expansion pack is alot cheaper.
