well... I've found plenty of wierd bands, but nothing like Phormula. If anyone has any suggestions...

I don't know what you're looking for exactly but the old trippy sounding Porcupine Tree stuff always does it for me when I'm stoned.

I dunno about that...I mean they're a good band, but I doubt those vocals would do anything for you when you're high. Since you're looking in that direction, might as well recommend some Mr. Bungle though.
