That said, the best in metalcore would have to be early Cave In, Converge, and Poison the Well.

There is a mallcore/fashioncore movement although look at that bullshit
like Armor For Sheep, Aiden, Atreyu and so forth imo it just makes the
punk and metal scene look bad esp when those dorks look llike gay extras
in a 2006 version of Quadrophenia i mean with the combovers and scooters

I dont know why people think BDM are metalcore, I see them as melodical death, the singers voice, the dual guitars on their eps, subject matter everything. Maybe its they dont look the part? I hate people who dont like them because they have short hair, its ridiculous.

Their guitar riffs are very metalcore based but I can see why people consider them death metal 'cause of the drums and vocals. Fuck what they look like that don't mean shit.

Music does not cosist only of vocals. also Metalcore vocals are most of the time death growls. so you will never be able to tell the difference.

Metalcore will lack Blast Beats from it and will rarely have any sort of metalic riffs. it will have Drumming close to the Black Metal D drumming style and Vocals, like i said. close to the Death Growls. From the Hardcore parts of it you will hear hard riffs and sometimes vocals sounding alittle like the punk you hear on the radio. - Metalcore.(Aka Lamb Of God)

I consider Lamb of God to be Groove Metal, you know? Hardcore mixed with Thrash and bitty elements of Death.
