Yep! Thanks, Felamid - by the time I had a chance to check the link out, they'd obviously put the 'OD' in the appropriate place!
I've no problems with OD going out and playing gigs, but it's good to know that forum members, such yourself, are enforcing the Saxon-Name Legislation.
